There shall be a Bylaws Committee composed of at least three members. The 2nd Vice President will serve as chair. The Bylaws Committee shall periodically review the bylaws to ensure clarity, consistency and compliance with current policy and not conflict with NENA or APCO national bylaws, making recommendations for amendment as necessary. The Bylaws Committee will also review chapter policies and make recommendations on any needed changes to the Executive Board, who approves all policy changes.

There shall be a State Conference committee comprised of at least five members to oversee the annual state conference. The Vice President will serve as Chair. The 2nd Vice-President and the President serve as co-vice-chairs. The Treasurer and Commercial Advisory Member will be members to handle the finances and vendor aspects of the conference. The other members can be anyone approved of by the president from the chapter’s membership.

There shall be an elections committee comprised of at least three members. The Immediate Past-President shall act as the chair. Members of the committee shall be appointed by the committee chair subject to approval by the chapter president. The Election Committee shall oversee the election process, count ballots, and report to the membership on the results of the election. Members of the committee are not eligible for election.
