A message from the NENA/APCO Board

Colorado NENA APCO Conference is going Virtual!

We the Colorado Executive Board have been monitoring the COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation, especially in relation to the CO NENA APCO 2020 Conference. As this is a continuously evolving pandemic and in an abundance of caution, we have decided to move the CO NENA APCO 2020 Conference to the web! The intent is to provide the least impact on PSAP operations while still providing valuable training to our members.

All hotel reservations that were made under our CO NENA APCO block will be cancelled automatically by Embassy Suites to save everyone time. If you did not reserve under the conference block, you will need to contact them on your own to cancel.

We will be reaching out to each of our breakout presenters with instructions for presentations (audio and visual) to load to the CO NENA APCO website for sharing.

At this point, we will cancel all registrations of attendees and vendors. Please be patient as we work through providing refunds to you. A new registration will be put into place for the Virtual Conference to record participation. Please be patient as we work through the logistics of such a move.

With this move, we have scheduled the 2021 Conference for May 17-19th with Embassy Suites by Hilton Loveland Hotel Conference Center and Spa in Loveland, Colorado. They were more than willing to work with us during the pandemic and understanding what actions needed to take place.

This is a tough call and we are disappointed we will not be able to see you in May, however, the safety of our attendees and PSAPs is our first priority.

If you have questions, you may contact Ralene Poncelow at vice.president@conenaapco.org for information.
