Greetings to all potential Exhibitors/Sponsors:

Registration for the 2018 Colorado APCO/NENA Vendor Exhibition is now open. The 2018 Vendor Exhibition is being held on Thursday, April 19th, 2018 from 12:00PM to 5:30PM. This is an additional hour of time with your customers over previous years. We also plan to hold the reception that evening in the vendor hall giving you even MORE time with your customers if you wish to participate! The Educational Conference will be the morning of April 19th, as well as, all day April 20th. The pre­conference course being held on April 18th. The hours of the Vendor Exhibition are exclusive hours, and no educational sessions will be going on at that time.

The 2018 conference and vendor show will be held at the same location as previous year’s conference, the Church Ranch Marriott in Westminster Colorado. The Church Ranch Marriott is located at Church Ranch Blvd and US 36 (Boulder turnpike) the hotel is only 45 minutes from Denver International Airport and 25 minutes from downtown Denver. The hotel is located in a newer retail and commercial area and features over 15 restaurants with several shopping opportunities within a 1 mile radius.

**Announcing the Call for Papers for the 2018 Colorado APCO/NENA Conference**

The conference is scheduled for April 19, and April 20, 2018 and will be held at the Denver Marriott Westminster located at 7000 Church Ranch Blvd in Westminster, Colorado.

This Call For Papers invites APCO and NENA members, business professionals, industry associates, and educators to submit a written proposal for development of an educational program to be held at the conference.  

Submissions should include:
1) Type of Relevance (Operations, Supervisory, Technical, etc.)
2) Topic/Title of the class and a synopsis of the class explaining the class objectives
3). Presenter(s) Names and short bio including agency/company name
4). Class length (most are planned for 50 minute increments)

All proposals must be submitted no later than December 15, 2017.

The 2018 Colorado NENA/APCO State Conference will be held on April 19 & 20 with the pre-conference course being held on April 18 at the Westminster Marriott.
